ADHESIVE DISC

Our ozone- and weather-resistant self-adhesive flange discs provide complete protection for the flange face. They withstand temperatures up to 100°C and are resistant to petroleum, oil, and non-oxidizing acids. These self-adhesive flange discs have a standard thickness of 2 mm.

They are applied to the gasket surface before the flange undergoes sandblasting. By remaining on the surface through sandblasting, painting, and transport, they act as a safeguard for the gasket seating area. The disc is removed during assembly when the product reaches the end user.

The plastic material protects the gasket surface by absorbing the impact energy of the abrasive media during sandblasting. It ensures a clean paint line during the painting process. Thanks to a special adhesive, it leaves no residue on the gasket surface upon removal.
